Before finalizing your selections, please consider carefully. We create your piece especially for you and as such, all sales are final unless there has been a defect or error on our behalf. Because we design these items to your specifications, DL Personalized Gifts cannot accept returns of custom items.

Color availability for some of our products are seasonal and depend upon the stock of our suppliers. We put every effort into keeping our color options updated on our site. In the case when color options presented on our site are no longer available, we will contact you to offer alternative color options for your purchase.

If you don’t see what you’re looking for, email us with your special request and we’ll find it for you. We can also personalize any of your own items for a fee.

When buying items such as our lap tray or art caddy, we can fill them for you so you’ll have an instant gift.

You can add a photo to any of our Favor wrappers or labels for $5 extra per order. Pictures can be mailed or emailed to us. Any mailed picture will be returned to you.
